You are supporting a Global organisation and this role is vital to support various teams in their payment services area.
This role is responsible for completing various client payments service support tasks, including renewals, accounts, payment allocations and partner engagement.
This is a great role as a first job or a foot in the door to Financial Services industry!
Responsibilities:
Busy and a volume of collections, payment allocation tasks
Working on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where established practices, procedures and precedents guide the work.
Able to follow procedures and investigate issues to tackle problems.
Interaction with internal and external clients to identify, research and resolve problems.
Manages daily work within established guidelines and receives general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
Allocating payments and ensuring the accurate processes are followed including communication with partners
Reducing days outstanding for debtors
Ensuring all contracts are processed promptly and accurately and that all incoming funds are allocated accurately
You will be required to assess each task individually to check for any errors / amendments required
About you:
This position will suit candidates who are have graduated or are in their final year of university or those who have 2 years’ experience in the financial services/insurance industry. Suitable people will also have:
Ability to work in a team
Strong customer service focus
Ability to carry out own research to be able to make recommendations
Possesses sophisticated analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and abilities.
Ability to establish relationships with multiple partners in a professional manner
Ability to write professional emails, reports, and data
Ability to multitask and complete various complexity of tasks
Ability to assess, and complete, work with a high level of attention to detail
