Job Description : l The job entails management and delivery of 360 advertising solutions for large clients. The Scope will include mentoring and driving a team of Account Management people to systematically and smoothly manage 2-3 large Accounts. This will require strategic problem solving, market research, trends-spotting, market research, brief writing, proactive ideation and periodic presentations to the existing clients as their extended marketing communication arm.l The ideal candidate should be proactive and a self starter, who can create New Business Opportunities and Revenue Generation with Existing and New Clientsl Should be conversant in writing and creating good to great Powerpoint presentations & Proposalsl Should be able to build a strong relationship with prospective/existing clients/brands.l Should have solid operational skills and should be organizing all paperwork on time.l Should be able to prepare, analyze campaign performance and create reportsl Should be able to successfully manage the process from lead generation to conversionRequirementsl Minimum 7-8 years of prior work experience in Client Servicing and Account Management.l Excellent Communications and Inter-Personal skills, good command & fluency in English.l Understanding of the market trends, client’s business and their brand.l Knowledge of the various Digital tools & Platforms will be a plus.l Passionate and well tuned to Digital Marketing across platforms.l The Candidate should be a Graduate preferably with an MBA degree from a reputed institutel Should have experience in working in Advertising Agencies for at least 8 years and proven track record of Client servicing on leading brands and corporate organizationsl Should have good oratory and presentation skillsl Should have experience in New Business Development and would have to lead pitches periodically IndustryMust be from AutomobileJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)
