Job Description : Job Summary: : Responsible for executing specific customer training programs by providing full clinical education and support for the Aerogen nebulizer products in hospital accounts within the designated India Region. Reporting to the Country Manager India, the Clinical Support Specialist will be expected to collaborate with other members of the team, Country Manager, Clinical Application Specialists, and other Regional Business Managers in order to optimize customer experience and maximize sales and take share opportunities.Authority Assignment: * During periods of absence, the Country Manager has the authority to act on behalf of the Clinical Application Specialist in any and all matters other than those that cannot be delegated.Duties/Responsibilities: *Increase Aerogen nebuliser utilization in the Acute Care (Hospital System) to gain market share and support the achievement of the sales targetProvide Clinical user supportDeliver the customer training plan across the appropriate segments in the hospital setting, and effectively transfer knowledge and empower customers to use Aerogen nebulisers effectively and independentlyComply with mandatory training and attend local and abroad training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectively.Collaborate with the Country Manager, Aerogen clinical, marketing teams and distributor teams to develop innovative activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the Aerogen business gain market share and differentiate from its competitorsMaintain and develop relationships with KOLS and strategically important clinical and economic stakeholdersDevelop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels , both clinical and economic stakeholders in order to develop tailored solutions which maximize Aerogens market gain potentialMaintain knowledge of competitors products, activities and strategies in the India MarketEducation/Experience: Minimum of a Degree and or recognized Clinical Education. At least ten years relevant experience.Specific Requirements: Respiratory therapy experience, to include respiratory training and responsibility preferredFluent in English both verbal and written communicationExcellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships quickly.Have the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders within the ICU, Emergency room and wards.Must be self-disciplined, organised, and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives.Must be highly motivated and have a strong desire to succeed in a demanding role.A team player and independent thinkerAbility to positively influence thinking, behavior and gain commitmentTrained to apply advanced Microsoft package skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookResident within India (must live within designated geographical region)Business travel within India > 70%Environmental Conditions: Professional home office environmentJob Type: Full-time
