Salary: £39,439 – £44,616 pro rata per annum pro rata according to skills and experience

We are looking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Specialist Rapid Response – Nights to join the Community Services Rapid Response team which provides a clinical, hands on care, service which aims to complement and enhance the care available in the community to those with a rapidly deteriorating life advancing, chronic, incurable illness.
You will be there to offer specialist knowledge, expertise and support to the patient and carer, enabling the patient to stay in their home if that is their wish by helping to prevent hospital admissions.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
RGN or registered paramedic with post registration experience.
Health Care degree or willing to work towards
Non medical prescribing qualification (V300)
Advanced Communication course or willing to work towards
The ability to work alone and within a team, overnight across a 7 day rota
Excellent communication skills.
A real passion/commitment to providing high quality palliative/end of life care
