PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) • CC dialer Motor insurance leads – campaigns: o Create right types of drop off lead campaigns o Ensure Rapid lead response • Conversion & funnel management for Motor leads: o Ensure targeted conversions get delivered o Deliver overall number in terms of NOPs and Insurance premium • CC team productivity & COA management o Ensure proper training & sales pitches objection handling & rebuttals for different manufacturers for agents o Create proper training calendars for them o Ensure low churn rate for better productivity o Delivery per agent productivity targets for various product types o Ensure cost budgets on incentives & over COA are met o
