Work Experience
2-4 years of software testing experience
Development and support for the Swords Wholesale Distribution business is covered by a home based team
working primarily in Northern Ireland, servicing customers throughout the UK & Ireland with an integrated suite of
products ranging from back-office stock control & accounting, voice-controlled WMS, Android apps for mobile
employees, analytics and customer facing transactional web sites.
The company is seeking to recruit one additional developer to join the team. The role will primarily involve
working with the Swords back-office modules, developed in isCobol (a modern Cobol with an in-built graphical
toolset using the Eclipse IDE).
Essential criteria
IT qualificationGood inter-personnel communication skillsKnowledge & experience developing in COBOL
Desirable criteria (one or more of);
