Proficiency with Cognos BI (Preferably 10.2.2) Report Studio & Cognos 11 Analytics
Strong communication skills, with prior experience in requirement analysis and working with SMEs and Stakeholders at various leadership levels
Hands on experience in dashboard and complex report development and enhancement requirements using Cognos and SQL queries
Excellent in analyzing report performance issues, tuning, troubleshooting & problem solving skills in fast paced development environment
Good at RDBMS, hands on experience in SQL writing for testing, data analysis and resolving data discrepancies
Ensures accuracy and reliability of data in delivered content through QA and testing using SQL and other available resources.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication, good team spirit, positive and dependable at work
Agile work experience, ability and flexibility to work cross functionally
Good to have IBM Open pages GRC platform experience and Cognos reporting.
