Job Description : My client are an international branded FMCG company. As they continue to expand they are now seeking a commercially focussed finance professional to join them in a high profile role where you will partner with the sales and marketing teams. Duties will include:-

Development and delivery of business partnering strategy and processes.
Ownership of divisional budgeting process on key development projects.
Act as a true business partner, delivering key insight and reporting
Understand the key revenue and expenditure variances to budget, forecast and prior year.
Lead the yearly budgeting process and monthly reviews of actuals to plan
Assist with the development of action plans to improve poor performance, monitor and feedback results providing challenge as appropriate.

Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with sound business partnering experience who is ready to step up to a high profile role where you will truly influence the performance of a business.
