Inviting applications for the role of Consultant- Graphic Design
In this role, you would be part of the Research Marketing team catering to a multinational investment bank and financial services company. This team aims at marketing the Financial Reports and strategies crafted by its Analysts using sophisticated Email Marketing Automation tools and Methodologies. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into needs.
Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily tasks/processes
To handle queries and clarifications sought by Analysts w.r.t. any operational/ technical & process related issue
To understand client concerns & issues and resolve the same.
Work and coordinate with team members
To keep oneself abreast of all the updates applicable to policies/regulations/compliances
Manage compliance requirements for Processes, functions, organization and Client
Functional support and Ensure appropriate tool is updated in accordance to SLA specifications with case notes, status updates and case closure information

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Any graduate/postgraduate BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications
Good interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)
HTML/CSS, – Basic level
Adobe Premier and After Effects – Preferred
Proficient with In Design / Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe PDF (edit/format high definition PDF documents)
Expertise in MS Word, format/import/export charts, tables, pictures in MS Word, create/merge/edit/format/re-cycle large MS Word documents, create/modify MS Word templates, complex formatting in MS Word
Expertise in MS PowerPoint, formatting skills, creation & editing of templates, incorporate content from other programs, usage of links and animation
Proficient with MS Outlook
Ability to comprehend client requirements
Ability to meet tight deadlines / SLAs
Willing to work in 24×7 environment
