You’re highly-skilled in vector illustration, image-editing, editorial page layout and Word document layout formatting is a must to succeed in this role.WRITE – Your English writing and comprehension is impeccable and you know how to write for different channels.COORDINATE – You excel in managing projects, keeping yourself and others organized.CREATE – You know how to efficiently produce and edit videos as well as use WordPress.We’re looking for someone who:· Has a creative flair, thorough and excellent attention-to-detailIs skilled at pen-and-paper sketching to communicate ideas clearly and quicklyIs comfortable with ambiguity and can break it down by asking questionsCan think critically and consult others to get the best resultsCan communicate effectively with colleaguesIs organized, can manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight timelines/deadlinesIs autonomous, can work within teams and with minimal supervisionWelcomes coaching and feedback for continuous improvementCan take direction on deliverables in a remote work environment.What you bring to the team:College or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia, journalism or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAt least 3 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia content creationSuperior writing skills in EnglishProven experience applying design principles (branding, typography, layout, etc.)Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, WordPress and video production tools like Premiere Pro and After EffectsUnderstanding of motion graphics and creation of animated media (kinetic typography, masking, audio levelling, etc.)A portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of design knowledge and technical skills mentioned.Nice-to-have assets (but not required):Work experience in a consulting firm or global organizationExperience in a corporate environmentSupport for you, professionally and personallyProfessional growth: We support your growth at CPCS and professional development by providing training, coaching, mentorship and regular feedback.Meaningful connection: We believe in engaging collaboratively with a diverse set of passionate and motivated clients, team members and stakeholders to understand various viewpoints.Greater impact: We believe in helping infrastructure leaders make more impactful decisions.
