Job Description : We are looking for someone who has an interest in our work, excellent writing skills and a creative flair. The ideal candidate will have the ability to generate content that reflects our design ethos and maintains the practice’s voice across all outreach channels. They will be able to liaise confidently with journalists representing national and international publications, and write press notes and articles with a mature and sensitive tone. Note: Shortlisted candidates will be tested for comprehension and writing skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Essential
– A background in architecture, architectural research, or journalism.

– Skilled user of email handling software, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

– Fluency (spoken and written) and thorough knowledge of the English language.

– Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

– Ability to capture the appropriate tone required in writing for different platforms/mediums.

– Ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.

– Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work carried out.

– Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

– Excellent organisational and time management skills.

– Good interpersonal skills.

– Impeccable manners and etiquette in dealing with people, within and outside HCP.

– Proactive attitude.

– Basic understanding of Hindi, at least spoken.

– Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
Desirable
– Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

– Proven demonstrable experience in internal and external communications.

– A creative flair and experience delivering messages via graphics.

– Adept at using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

– A working knowledge of SEO and google analytics.

– Basic video editing skills.
