Job Description : Job Title: Content WriterMain Objective of the Role Content Writer must have excellent command in writing agricultural contents and enrich our Agri-Tech app with crop manuals, guides and marketing copy. Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication of crop manuals and other data on the app. He / She must deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences (mainly farmers), attract customers and boost brand awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies). Research and Create high-quality, relevant, and professional blog articles and app contents.Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management SystemsProofread and edit blog posts before publicationSubmit work to agronomist for input and approval.Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic. Should have knowledge of SEO & SMO and work closely with SEO team members.Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topicsEnsure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)Update app content as neededSkillset Good Punjabi, Hindi and English writing skills, strong vocabulary, reading, and comprehension skills. Clear, concise, and compelling copywriting and proof-reading skills.Portfolio of published work for agriculture sectorExperience doing research using multiple sourcesFamiliarity with web publicationsHands-on experience with Content Management SystemsAbility to meet deadline Education Graduate/Post Graduate in agriculture from reputed institution.
