Job Description : The LEGO Group is looking for an innovative and collaborative Corporate Risk & Internal Audit Manager to join our Global Corporate Risk and Internal Audit Team to lead and support assurance, risk management and advisory activities.

This is a permanent role based in our office in London, UK.
Core Responsibilities:Lead and/or support multiple all phases of risk management, assurance and advisory projectsCollaborate with key leaders at various levels within the organisation to influence attitudes and support them to embed best practices on governance, risk management and internal controls across the groupUtilise data analytics by selecting and applying appropriate tools and techniques to data gathering, analysis and interpretation, and reportingPerform walkthroughs and gains understanding of various business processes to identify and assess both formal and informal controlsPrepare reports that provide practical recommendations to resolve issues or enhance mitigation action plans; summarise project outcomes and related statuses; high level business insights; and/or other improvement opportunitiesSupport the development of risk management and internal audit processes and facilitates ongoing process improvementsProvide support to internal professional resources, contractors, and/or external co-sourcing partnersParticipate in ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Corporate Risk and Internal Audit

Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a candidate who is an awesome team player and has great stakeholder management skills.

In addition, we expect that you have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or another related fieldRelevant certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is a plus6+ or more years of progressively responsible professional enterprise risk management, internal audit and/or internal controls experience, including at least 2 years in leading projectsWilling and able to travel regionally and globally up to 30% a year- requiredAbility and confidence to deliver, with a high degree of autonomy and with high quality standards, navigating through ambiguity and multiple partner groupsExperience with data analytics and visualisation software tools especially Alteryx, Power BI, or TableauAdditional language skills such as Danish, German, Mandarin, Spanish, or Russian (an advantage)
As an individual, you are well-organized and analytical, confident in building and maintaining partnerships, with integrity, highly motivated with can-do attitude, solution-oriented, have willingness to learn independently, a great listener, adaptable, and confident in communicating results and recommendations.
