Experience Design Consultant
Total Experience: 11+ years
Work Experience
The role is for a passionate CX & UX Designer who can identify and take opportunities from Proposal to Experience Design to Visual Design to successful MVPs, Prototypes, Products & Interactions
Assess :
Assess existing/ deliver new customer insights
VSM stakeholder session workshops
Map As-is process
Tech product deep-dive
Initiate backlog of future state solution
Vision Statement workshop
Customer Journey Design
Experience Architecture / Blueprint
Align and Deliver:
Stakeholder walk-throughs
Risk, regulatory and innovation challenger session
Prioritise and mobilise detailed design sprints
Leverage design accelerators
Create feature, user stories and product configs
Skills and Expertise
Deep experience in designing CX for B2C, B2B Customer Journeys as well as Digital Products, Applications & Touchpoints.
An expert on Design processes:
Hands on experience in identifying & building Customer Journeys (across multiple Digital & Physical touchpoints).
Drive Ideation, Interaction Design around Personas, new Design patterns, Innovative thinker with Human Centred Design approach
Established Design & Usability Strategist. Has worked with multiple Clients / Projects on improving CX, with Design solutions
User Research, Innovation, Remote Usability Tests, Analytics & Metrics, Heuristic Evaluations, Prototyping
Proven experience in Designing UI/UX across a mix of Touchpoints, Channels, Devices including Mobility (Apps), Interaction Design across Ecommerce, Web Portals/ Websites, Chatbots, Social Apps, AR/ VR Applications, Enterprise & SaaS Products.
Use visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards and UI flow charts, to plan and present user interface designs
Use responsive web design to create applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes/devices
Conduct usability testing to identify and fix UI issues, and gather real-world intelligence from target users
Use visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards and UI flow charts, to plan and present user interface designs
Tech/ Tools Skills: Should have solid hands on experience in Design Collaboration tools like Mural & Experience Design Tools including wireframe and prototyping tools viz. Axure, Adobe XD, MS Visio, Justinmind, Adobe Creative Suite programs, e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash & Flex to mockup UI elements.
Vertical & Industry Experience in Consumer Industries or Retail, eCommerce, Telecom, BFSI etc. or Product organisations or IT /Agency design services
Value adds:
Experience in Designing Marketing, Sales & eCommerce Journeys of B2C Consumers or B2B Customers
Is familiar with popular Marketing Automation & Content Management Systems (CMS), e.g., Marketing Clouds, Adobe AEM, WordPress, Joomla, Magneto, Hybris
UI/ UX & Design related Client & Internal Stakeholder Engagements:
Act as a trusted advisor in understanding and analysing client’s business requirements, UI/UX needs and aspirations
Collaborate with business and IT decision makers to discuss user interface requirements and brainstorm UI ideas
Conduct research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits.
Ability to employ latest Agile & Lean UX methods and work with Business, Project & Development teams to create and deliver Design, UI & UX offerings.
Understand the limitations of client/ internal tech stacks, ecosystems and business model and provide design advice wherever necessary.
RFP/ RFI & Proposals: Take ownership for writing and responding to winning Customer Experience, Design Experience & UX, Visual Design RFP/ RFI & Proposals
Team Management: Should have Managed & led Design & UX/ UI Teams
