Job Description : The CRM Lead Techno-Functional Consultant would need to have at least 8+ years of experience. For this role, you must be a functional Dynamics 365/CRM lead consultant, as part of an Agile team, you will help develop and configure strong business cases and provide input and advice on Dynamics 365 capabilities, functions and features.Major Duties/Core Responsibilities: – Perform requirements gathering and Business Process Analysis- Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements, create demonstrations to provide proof of concept.- Responsible for working closely with PM, Solution Architect and developers- Demonstrated proficiency in customizing, configuring of various components- Demonstrate proficiency in security roles, dashboards, workflows, forms, business rules etc.- Demonstrate proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate and Common Data Services.- Demonstrate proficiency with working in Azure DevOps.- Demonstrated proficiency in using the CRM SDK and plugin platforms.- Create documentation on functional and technical requirements, design, testing and deployment to support the solution delivery.- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.- Knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 Portals, Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure functions preferred.- Full life-cycle development and deployment in an enterprise environment.- Should have excellent communication, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹14.00 – ₹16.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Shift allowanceExperience:total work: 7 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
