Heading the entire engineering function of 120+ associates
Build architecture of the core technology system
Envisioning, creating and ideating the product road map and new product lines along with different stake holders.
Define tech stacks, product roadmap, vision and growth plans
Building a robust and scalable platform and guiding a team of rock star engineers through the process
Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics
Be a trusted advisor to the founders & investors
The Successful Applicant
A BTech from a premium institute with 15+ years of experience
Hands on experience of leading large engineering teams and steering them towards meeting deadlines and estimations
Experience of working on B2C platforms in the internet commerce, ecommerce, logistics or any other relevant domain.
Building end-user applications and platforms at scale
A Technology enthusiast with an equal passion and experience in ideating and creating product lines and defining product roadmaps
Excellent leadership skills with proficiency in verbal and written communication
