About Your Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Digital, this is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced business intelligence expert to join our team and drive forward our customer-facing reports, insights and customer engagement platforms.

Altius Group provides health and wellbeing services to people in workplaces across Australia. In doing so we see trends in the health of team members that are unique to our perspective. Our goal is to automate and develop new ways to share these insights with our customers, so we can improve the health and wellbeing of their team, and enhance their workplaces.

You will be responsible for a suite of digital products, automating our customer reporting and insights using technologies such as Microsoft Power BI and DXP platforms, through to initial idea, implementation, and support, to continuous improvement. You will establish an effective cross-functional team and culture to support the development and management of these services, delivering meaningful customer value.

What We’re Looking For In You
Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) with business intelligence, product owner, analyst or technical qualifications/experience
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI and DXP technologies delivering customer facing insights and reporting solutions.
Experience leading-by-influence and working as part of a cross-functional team.
Analytical and strategic thinker.
Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills and stakeholder management with internal partners and external customers.
This role can be located anywhere nationwide!
