Kersh, our Site Director at Northampton Motorway Service area on the M1 Motorway at Junction 15a is looking to recruit a Customer Experience Leader to join his expanding McDonald’s team.
The main role of a Customer Experience Leader is to always put the needs of the customer first and to assist them on their journey, by confidently leading them through their restaurant experience so that it is easy and stress free.
If you are the type of person that is confident, always smiling and loves to chat and an expert in delivering customer excellance, then this is the perfect role for you!
Your hourly rate will be £9.60.
Your working hours and days will typically be working Monday to Friday 9.00am – 13.00pm or 10.00am-14.00pm.

What will I have to do?
As a Customer Experience Leader you will look after our Customer ensuring they have a great experience. Guide our Customers through the ordering process while encouraging them to use the kiosks and table service.
Be able to handle difficult situations/conversations in a confident manner, while maintaining positive customer relations.
We would love you to be able anticipate the customers needs so they don’t have to ask while able to speak knowledgeably and confidently to our customers about the business.
