Hours of Work: Up to 35 hours per week supporting department operating times.
Flexible working arrangements considered, including condensed hours and remote working with a minimum of two days per month to be worked from the Head Office. Occasional Saturday morning shifts on a rota basis.
Current Operating Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-5.30pm, Saturday 9am-12pm.
Please note these hours are subject to change
Salary: £19,328 per annum, plus discretionary annual bonus
Closing Date: Monday 14th March

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them with their mortgage and savings queries. Whether that is a simple withdrawal transaction or in more difficult circumstances, a bereavement, you’ll treat each call with the same level of care and compassion it deserves.
