You will deliver a range of awareness, education and promotional communications, initiatives and activities to provide solid program participation growth. In addition to achieving maximum access for employee education & awareness activity, you will deliver exceptional Customer Service direct to employees and stakeholders alike.To excel in this role, you will need self-motivation, an ability to work autonomously as well as within a team, and a strong partnership approach to achieve targets.Key Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive contact strategy plan for all client sitesDevelop onsite relationships to increase/improve opportunities for onsite education e.g. inductions, team meetings, events & sponsorship opportunitiesProvide a range of Customer service and operational support to employees who would prefer an in-person consultationAssist Customers with self-service technologies to set up on the Maxxia App or a Maxxia Online account and make personal detail changes or lodge a claim for payment or reimbursementPresent at group information sessions and coordinating activities at other sitesHost car expos with dealer partners to showcase various car promotions of selected vehiclesDrive initiatives to enhance employee participation of salary packaging across a range of benefits.Encourage employers to promote our brand and deliver all relevant education materials to enable their employees to engage with us how, when and they chooseProvide an Executive Concierge Service for vehicle support and k erbside delivery and test drivesAssist and manage in-person vehicle requests for quotes through to vehicle deliveryWhat we are looking for?A Passion for customer serviceFlexibility to work on a rotating roster between 7AM to 7PM on client site in South Eastern SydneyPlanning & Coordination – ability to plan for self and the team and monitor activities in delivery to SLAs and required timeframes.Demonstrates Initiative – must be able to apply initiative and the ability to think laterally when problem-solving.Resilience – applies a responsible attitude to motivating people demonstrating calmness under pressure and ‘best practice attitude’ to decision-making.Track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfactionAbility to work effectively as part of a larger team, whilst also achieving results autonomouslyDemonstrated experience in relationship building and stakeholder managementKnowledge of the salary packaging and novated leasing is desirable but not essentialIntermediate knowledge of and experience using the Microsoft suite of products, CRM and digital sales toolsWhat we can offer you: Our strong people-first cultureFlexible/hybrid working to enhance your work/life balanceNovated lease benefits and discounts12 weeks Paid Parental leave and access to our Parents PortalExempt Employee Share PlanPaid Income Protection Insurance under MMSG default Super planAccess to a broad range of learning and development programsCareer break and volunteering leaveAccess to Employee Assistance Program and annual Flu vaccinationLifestyle Rewards programMcMillan Shakespeare are an equal opportunity employer who are committed to creating a workplace where everyone is included, treated fairly and with respect.
