About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect, with a strong background in Avaya Workforce Engagement Management (AWEM) Solutions. We require a person with passion for architecting AWEM user and agent experiences within the Contact Centre environment to join our UK office, contributing to our wider international based team.
About the Responsibilities
The role will involve working with Avaya’s new cloud based contact center solution (CCaaS) and the Avaya Workforce Engagement Management (SaaS) service. The architect will become a trusted advisor to Avaya’s customers, working closely with the presales teams to identify use cases which can be solved with custom AWEM solutions.
Once the solution is agreed the architect will design the solution, then work with the development team to confirm the solution meets the customer requirements.
Avaya’s customers including large retailers, telcos, banks, and airlines. You will have the opportunity to be part of a nimble, highly impactful team and help drive the adoption of AWEM into Contact Centers around the world
About the Requirements
EXPERIENCE
A background in Solutions Architecture, with experience across multiple environments.
A strong understanding of the latest AWEM technologies and how they can be applied :-
Call Recording / Quality Monitoring
Work Force Management
Forecasting & Scheduling
Performance Scorecards
Desktop Process Analytics
Speech Analytics (Batch & Realtime)
Text Analytics
Customer Feedback / Enterprise Feedback Management
Experience in architecting, designing, and building SaaS integrated solutions utilizing the Verint Workforce Optimisation Software Developer Kit.
Additional experience (desirable) in the following :-
Verint Knowledge Management Pro
Verint Case Management
Experience in leading application modernization projects, including:
Have a good understanding security implications, authentication and single sign on across cloud and on premise architectures.
Strong understanding of the cloud architecture patterns and solution design principles.
Understanding of performance tuning of cloud based applications for best performance.
Experience in defining and implementing Hybrid scenarios with workloads shared across on premise, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, application Integration between cloud and on premise environments.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Presentation skills, to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way.
Works only under general supervision.
Self-sufficient, defines own objectives and goals.
