The role requires leading information delivery portfolio for Supply chain, delivering reports, dashboards etc. adhering to strict timelines and focusing on the quality of information delivered. Provides value added analysis and information for Operations and Supply Chain function for more effective job performance and better decision making, through use of BI, BW, SAP, and other related tools.
Provides support in identifying and analyzing data to derive insights, works with the appropriate teams to suggest proper levers to be pulled across the Operations domain to improve KPIs like productivity, fill rate, forecast accuracy, Inventory etc.
Responsibilities
Project Optimization Validation: Works with project management team and associates on Business Improvement opportunities.
Information Delivery: Monitors, publishes, and issues status reports and metrics of the processes by creation of dashboards.
Process Automation: Utilize SAP Scripts, RPA (Automation Anywhere) and Excel VBA to automate global processes to save time and enhance efficiency
Business Operations Analytics Support: Utilizes Business Intelligence/Warehouse, SAP, and other analysis tools to generate value added information for Global Supply Chain/Global Marketing Team
SharePoint: Support and develop SharePoint workflows, InfoPath forms to streamline operations.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum of bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of related experience Top Tier University graduate with background in math /engineering. “Curious, autonomous and willing to learn”.
Demonstrated learning agility of new subject matter.
Candidate should have “collaborative” mindset and be able to “work well with teams”
Candidate should be willing cope with some stress and able to prioritize with help of management
Understand database and remote access to server data
Comfortable manipulating large amount of data
Experience in data modelling, visualization (MS Excel, Power BI etc.)
Experience and knowledge of ERP, SAP systems and Business Intelligence tools.
Hands on experience of Python would a plus but not mandatory
