Data Engineer having ability to build robust and high-quality design for the prescribed capability and program. Fully hands-on with technologies like Java, RDBMS (Orcale prefered), Cloud (K8s,Azure),Angular, Kafka, SpringBoot, Spark, Scala, Mirth, Airflow Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques. Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Understand the business objectives and analyze, dissect system requirements and technical specifications
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
Proficient in Java, RDBMS (Orcale prefered), Cloud (K8s,Azure),Angular, Kafka, SpringBoot, Spark, Scala, Mirth, Airflow
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Display strong technical knowledge in product analysis and debugging
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to product needs
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Provide technical mentoring for team members, trouble shooting
Ability to understand design concepts and product architecture. Propose solutions for performance and security issues.
Identify Process Gaps and drive Initiatives to address process Gaps
Partner with product owners and developers to identify areas for improved efficiencies
Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience
Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate
Research and implement tools that support delivery
Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses

Required Qualifications:
B.Tech./MCA (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
Good experience on Unix shell command and scripting
Experience of writing SQL and Complex SQL’s
Experience defining and analyzing multivariate tests
Good working experience on DataStage & Talend
Knowledge on the Hadoop Applications like Spark, Scala, Hbase , Hive , PIG , sqoop & Cassandra
Knowledge on implementing Data Integrations projects from sourcing to auditing and implements controls for each stage of Integration
Thorough knowledge on how to implement spark to communicate to external APIs and Rabbit MQs
Knowledge on Mule architecture & Kafka Streaming
Handle Big data / large datasets
Deeply analytical
Query structured and unstructured data and perform exploratory data analysis for further advanced modeling
Ability to lead the team technically and provide solutions
Understand the business requirements and can speak to different stake holders
