Developed in-house, the 9ine App translates our 12+ years of experience in IT and privacy consultancy into a centralised GRC software platform. Our App automates risk and compliance processes for data privacy. Additional modules for safeguarding / child protection and cyber security and technology solutions management are due for launch in 2022. You will also be responsible for delivering bespoke and tailored consultancy based on the needs of our clients. The candidate will proactively deliver privacy management programmes working closely with our clients and our colleagues to oversee and manage the delivery of our services. You will also proactively support, guide and train more junior staff within the consultancy team to ensure our clients are receiving the best service. You will provide suggestions and areas of improvement back into the business to help improve our offering and services. The successful candidate must have experience of working with data protection laws and regulations, delivering client facing services to actively progress a structured privacy programme. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a consultative and collaborative approach to working.Responsibilities You will be responsible for:Working with multiple clients to proactively lead, scope and deliver solutions aligned with their strategic needs and the product offeringWorking closely with the wider consultancy team to ensure our products and services are aligned to the needs of our clients and the client receives a uniform experienceManaging multiple concurrent clients, whilst prioritising tasks and achieving key deadlines and deliverables in-line with agreed scope and budgetsProactively documenting and governing deliverables in the relevant systems and frameworks as per our business standardsEnsuring deliverables are achieved in the most appropriate and timely mannerPlanning and scheduling the delivery of work and identifying where client input is requiredProactively supporting junior consultantsProviding education and creating awareness within your specialism through trainingPresenting both written and verbal outputs directly to clients in a clear and concise manner demonstrating communication expertise to manage diverse stakeholder interestsDelivering effective, added value solutions based on a client’s strategy and goalsDelivering our services in line with industry best practice and regulatory obligations of our clientsWorking with all stakeholders to understand a client’s ongoing requirements to support in the identification of sales and new business opportunitiesProactively working with the business development team and calling upon their support as required, and providing support to them as necessaryProviding suggestions and areas of improvement back into the business to help improve our products and servicesProviding regular briefings about client risks and issues which affect our business relationship and could impact the future aspirations of our businessAssisting with the delivery of wider client engagement activities such as webinars and training sessionsMaintaining internal standards and documentation associated with areas of responsibilityResearching new laws, regulator guidance and best practice and providing recommendations that client service delivery is reflected accordinglyDrafting and creating and intellectual property and other resourcesProfessional Development ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to:Make recommendations about areas of improvement or development within the businessDrive personal continued professional development in line with the business objectivesProvide training and support to colleagues within the business and ensure their continuous developmentIdentify new trends in data protection and structure training strategies for the team to help adoptionOther ResponsibilitiesYou will need to:Undertake any other duties as reasonably requiredWork with other departments and colleagues to aid the successful completion of business prioritiesWork effectively as part of the 9ine teamShowcase excellent organisational skillsThink on your feet and use your initiativeMaintain an enthusiastic and positive attitudeMaintain strong interpersonal skills in order to build and develop relationshipsHave strong communication and presentation skillsSalaryThe remuneration package will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful candidate.Equal Opportunities We strive to be an equal opportunity employer.
