Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support (e.g. Hardware Vendor technicians for warranty repair/replacement).Break-fix support for Laptop, desktop, tablets and associated hardware peripherals.Managing Windows and Mac devices thru Microsoft Intune.Provides accurate solutions to user problems to ensure user’s productivity.Responds to all calls received by the Help Desk (Phone, Email, Chat, Web) and ensures that each Help Desk call received is logged.Maintains a professional Help Desk image at all times being courteous and helpful.Enhances and develops quality support methods/documentation and communication skills through coaching and feedback.Acquires and maintains current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers.First point of contact for providing support for all IT applications and systems to internal end users.MS Outlook Configuring, Outlook backup & restore and Troubleshooting.Experience supporting SharePoint Online, OneDrive or Exchange Online.Ability to detect issues with interconnected systems including authentication services, load balancers, firewalls, and other 3rd party applications that could impact usability of Office 365 services.Good Work experience in Office 365 Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive For Business, Yammer.Troubleshooting inbound and outbound queues, mail routing issues, server errors, mail delivery latency issues, analysis of NDR.Very Good Understanding and Work Experience with Microsoft Teams.Deep knowledge and Experience with managing MS Teams design.Deep experience with Azure AD Group, O365 license management and O365 Groups.Exposure to O365 Guest Access and Third party integration.Ability to work collaboratively with others, take the initiative to troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance and recommendations for improvements.
