Job Description : Principle Full Stack Devops Tools Architect Roles & Responsibilities:· Collaboration with Product Development Teams to implement a robust Development Tools landscape within the realm of the Strategic self-service DevOps Platform· Provide strong hands-on architectural and engineering inputs, leveraging opensource DevOps tools, and mentorship· Provide DevOps and SRE leadership in an incident management environment. Should lead this from a Production mindset.· Development and scripting of applications to work on the DevOps platform and tools· Work on delivery pipelines to ensure that all strategic DevOps tools are embedded within the pipelines, for optimal performance to ensure applications are built, deployed, and tested in a consistent way· Monitoring of Development Tools in pipelines to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime· Map developer experience, value stream mapping, eliminate waste for all DevOps tools against the DevOps platform’s target state· Lead architecture, and integration for Agile Management (Jira), DevOps (Azure DevOps), Security (Checkmarx, Burp, WhiteSource), SonarQube, Continuous Monitoring tools (Appdynamics, Azure Monitor, Zabbix, Site 24×7, Prometheus, New Relic) , AIOPs (MoogSoft, ServiceNow), Source Code Management (VSTS/Azure Devops, Bitbucket, Git), Test Management (ALM Octane), Testing tools (Performance Center/StormRunner, Gatling) · Performance monitoring to ensure superior Metrics and key results for maximum customer satisfaction.· Will be involved in Source Management.· Strong enterprise software development, using Java/J2EE, .Net, Node, JQuery, JSON, Databases, and Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for scalability and portability.Desired Skills:· Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field· At least 10+ years full stack experience in DevOps, SRE, Software Engineering, Design and architecture with at least:· 5+ years in engineering/development/Automated Functional and Non-Functional · 5 years as DevOps architect, SRE, Monitoring and incident management· 5+ years proven ability in design and architecture.· 5+ years Experience working in an Open Source development · 5+ years Experience in Azure/AWS Cloud Native solutions with zero down time leveraging Microservices, Containers, APIs· Experience in Containers/Kubernetes· Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Red hat Openshift (ARO) Operators· Disaster Recovery/ Back Ups, Capacity Planning· Patch & Vulnerability Management· Container Runtime Security· Experience in working in COE environment· Ability to design, architect· Creating self-services, automated standards· Managing Proof of concepts· Performing Technology/tools assessment· Enabling Developers and QA· Workable Experience in DevOps and SRE, with a Production mindset. Should have directly delivered enterprise software using DevOps and Agile methodologies.· Expert Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a must.· Experience in Development tools adoption in DevOps pipeline· Should have hands-on experience on the Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure· Strong working experience of YAML Pipelines· Should have expert skills on Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos, MongoDB, PostgreSQL or other database scripting platforms.· Should have worked on one of the following: Azure OMS/Application Insights, AppDynamics, New Relic, Prometheus and Grafana· Should have expertise on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Red hat OpenShift, ARO and in deploying applications in the AKS clusters.· Windows, Linux and directory services skills are mandatory· Working experience with configuration management (e.g. Ansible/Puppet/Chef/Octopus/DSC) is an advantage· PowerShell, Azure CLI knowledge is an advantage· Monitoring platforms: Should have worked on one of the following to monitor running applications in production: Azure OMS/Application Insights, AppDynamics, and/or New Relic· Ability to do Proof-of-concepts, leveraging new industry innovations· The candidate should have a deep understanding of self-service applications and technologies· Should be a proponent of an automation culture and should have a deep understanding of automation tools and practices in the SDLC· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command over written and spoken English.· Experience on administration and management of tools ecosystem is an advantage· Knowledge and experience on AIOps is an advantage.· Certification on Azure, and Azure DevOps is an advantage· Certification in Kubernetes (Kubernetes, OpenShift) is an advantage· Experience in a software product company like Finastra is a huge plus· Be a self-starter and a quick learner. The nice-to-have (and skills that are an advantage as listed above) skills should be independently learnt in the first 60 days of the job. Any expert level skills and certifications should be completed within the first 90 days on the job.Job Type: Full-timeContract length: 12 monthsPay: ₹1,800,000.00 – ₹2,200,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Taking all Covid precautions.
