About Your Role

Reporting to the General Manager of Digital, this is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Product Marketing Manager or Digital Product Owner to join our team and lead our client-facing health and wellbeing experiences. Altius Group provides health and wellbeing services to people in workplaces across Australia. In doing so we conduct assessments of our clients’ health, onboard and lead them through our services, and document their health journeys. These workflows are critical to the quality and breadth of care we provide and are essential to capturing and demonstrating the health outcomes we create.

You will be responsible for driving engagement with these services, developing content streams related to key health outcomes, devising new engagement features and tools to implement, and much more. Your area of responsibility is our suite of digital products that support and drive our clients’ health journeys. You’ll be working from strategy and initial ideas, through to implementation, support, to continuous improvement. You will establish an effective cross-functional product team and culture to support the development and management of these services, delivering meaningful client and customer value.

What We’re Looking For In You
Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) with product marketing, product ownership, and/or customer engagement experience.
Experience in DXP technologies and customer facing insights solutions.
Experience leading-by-influence and working as part of a cross-functional team of stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technology experts.
Analytical and strategic thinker, able to apply your thinking to drive outcomes.
Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills and stakeholder management with internal partners and external customers.
