Stryker is expanding Digital Marketing in the South Pacific. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing guru to join the business permanently and champion this space. Working alongside the Communications team, this long-awaited role will be a highly valued member of the team.
The main purpose of the role is to lead the execution of Stryker’s online presence, both internally and externally, in cooperation, collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders within Australia, New Zealand and globally.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute all company/division-wide digital-related projects
Develop and implement Stryker South Pacific’s social media strategy and manage Stryker social media channels, scheduling content on social channels, monitoring social channels and responding to activity.
Own Stryker.com.au content management and approval process, partnering with the business unit marketing teams.
Drive implementation and launch of future platforms such as Marketing Resource Management (MRM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, including content and asset migration.
Act as key business contact for all division-wide app projects, including creating, managing and optimising mobile applications.
Develop analytics processes and reporting to analyse performance and generate business insights.
Align with company-wide digital strategy and grow relationships with cross-divisional and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure all work complies with company brand guidelines.
Skills & Experience:
A minimum three years of work experience in Information Technology, Digital Marketing or related area.
Experience working with CMS platforms and building in Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite a plus.
Execution-oriented, self-starter and self-navigator.
Highly responsive, customer-centric and solutions-oriented approach.
High degree of attention to detail, creative thinking and problem solver.
