Job Description : Job Description & Responsibilities: · Plan and implement various types of campaigns, but specific focus to be on performance marketing.· Research and implement emerging opportunities and technologies to achieve brand and marketing goals.· Identify target audience and ascertain how best to communicate to that audience.· Analyse, research, and recommend target audience’s characteristics, behavior, interests, and media habits· Monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through analysis of web analytics including consumer data and insights, and use this data to tweak current campaigns and formulate future ones.· Execute all digital marketing plans as per approved plans in a timely, efficient and effective manner, with a special focus on Google Adwords, Linkedin, ABM, email campaigns, Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing, and Social Media promotions.· Provide status reports, campaign analysis and insights, and ROI reports linked to business objectives.· Responsible for the execution of online newsletters, promotional emails, and other marketing communication through various channels.· Day-to-day monitoring and management of digital media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, optimization, and reporting.· Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, new media buying opportunities, and recommendations on new ways to reach the target audience· Supervise the digital marketing team.· Perform other duties and projects as assignedRequirementsPrerequisites: (only the applicants meeting the top 6 criteria will be considered).· Should have extensive knowledge and working experience (at least 5 years) in running campaigns on Google & LinkedIn. (FB experience is preferred, but not required).· Must have experience in running conversion-based B2B campaigns (preferably for HEALTHCARE/Media).· Inbound Lead routing and automation· Thorough knowledge about ABM is mandatory· Should have experience in inbound traffic and cultivation of leads and sales.· Should have extensive SEO and optimizing US-based B2b domains/websites.· Should have at least 3 years of proven SEM and SMO experience.· Google Ads & Hubspot’s Inbound Marketing certified· Should have excellent Google Analytics & other platform skills· Proven track record of managing Content areas like Blogging, Content Marketing, Email Newsletters, and Social media calendar.· Experience in increasing quality score· Good reporting skills· Good time management skills· Excellent Communication skillsShould have experience in the following platforms: 1. Google Analytics, Heat map analysis, and Hotjar2. Google Ads3. LinkedIn Campaign Manager4. HubSpot or any equalling CRM5. WordPress6. Aweber, Outreach.io, Mail chimp or Zoho CRM –For email marketing7. Rollworks/Terminus/DemandBase or any equivalent ABM tool(s)8. Any retargeting tools/platforms9.
