Our footprint lingers in several prestigious institutes like DRDO, IIT’s, Army Schools etc. Founded in 2015 by NIT alumni, the dream of Labkafe is to bring affordable practical education to every child in India ‒ and abroad if possible too!Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager at Labkafe: Planning all digital marketing activities including the following:Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Email marketing, Pay-Per-ClickBuild up and maintain a strong brand presence on the social mediaHandle regular backlink generation and maintain the quality of referral trafficUse various tools and researches to spot market trends and set the marketing flow accordinglyDiscover new avenues of growing brand awareness and lead generationCollaborate with external agencies for various marketing and branding activitiesLead an internal team to generate content and maintain a healthy website and social profilesGuide tech team to improve user experienceAdvise sales team on customer persona and interestsMeasure various metrics of marketing performance and report them to the upper management with ROI calculationAdopt to emerging technologies and trendsPertinent Skill/Xp Set: Strong experience in SEO, SMO, and Content MarketingExperience in team leadershipDegree in marketing will be a plusMaster in using DM tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, Search Console and other third-party toolsExperience with Ad and PR agencies will be a plusBasic knowledge of web page making tech is required like HTML and CSSDesired Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, Bangla will be a plusStrongly analytical mindset and data-driven thought processWorking knowledge of common office software (ms-office, google workspace, pdfs etc)Up-to-date with modern marketing trends in both domestic and international marketsCapable of identifying and building buyer personas and figure out their attention zonesExperience Required: 3-6 years; freshers need not applyWork Schedule: Mon-Sat 10 am to 7 pmWork Location: PS Aviator Building, Chinar Park, KolkataMessage from the Company: Please note that we are only looking for serious candidates who would be committing in a long-term relationship with Labkafe.
