If you are motivated, energetic and dedicated to helping our customers achieve the great Australian dream, we want to hear from you!About the role…As the Digital Reporting Specialist, you will create and deliver accurate, detailed, and visually engaging reports and dashboards across Great Southern Bank’s digital assets. You will work closely with the Digital Insights Analysts who specialise in implementing analytics tracking and identifying the best opportunities from which to capture digital metrics data. Reporting is a key deliverable from our team because it helps our business to measure the success of our digital initiatives and make informed decisions to continually improve the Digital experience for our customers.Your reports will be consumed by a large group of stakeholders across the organisation, and you will work closely with other teams like Marketing, Product, IT, and, of course, Digital. Most of your deliveries will be reports and dashboards from Adobe Analytics Workspace, PowerBI and occasionally Excel or similar tools.A little bit about you…Experience working with digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics in both web and app environmentsExperience with Data Management Platforms (DMP) like Adobe Audience ManagerAbility to translate data requirements into visual reports and present them to different groups of stakeholdersExperience working in agile environmentsQuantitative mindset, with a desire to work in a data-intensive environment within DigitalStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detailExperience with Business Intelligence tools Power BI / DAX, Tableau, or similar toolsFamiliar with analytics debugging tools like Firebug, Omniture or Charles for mobile apps, and UX tools like Crazyegg, Hotjar, InspectletOur benefits…To help you be at your best, we provide a collaborative, flexible and supportive working environment that helps you balance career, family, health and the things you love doing.
