Job Description : Dot Net Tech Lead/Sr.Net DeveloperAs a .Net Technical Lead at Gritstone, you will design and develop award winning web applications and mobile solutions for global brands and branded manufacturers. You will work with project managers, creative teams, developers, QA professionals and account managers to deliver the very best.Responsibilities: Develop overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirementsCommunicate with external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projectsDirect and oversee local and off-shore developersCreate technical estimationsPresent technical strategies to clients and gather technical requirements as neededCreate and update design and functional documentsIdentify and troubleshoot issues as neededPerform a mix of maintenance and new development as requiredImplement project applications according to specificationsResearch technical issues and provide recommendations to enhance client websitesWork both independently and as part of a teamUnit test code to ensure qualityAbility to juggle multiple projects and shifting prioritiesPerform code review sessions with other developers and suggest improvements or alternate approaches when appropriateAssist project managers and directors with the creation of task-level project plans that detail the specific tasks required to deliver a solutionWork closely with project managers and account managers to ensure that client expectations are met and that the team adheres to project schedules and budgetsExperience/Skills: 5-10+ years hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and development, and system integrationHands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET/ASP.NET developmentAbility to work in a collaborative team environmentIterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent buildsObject Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design (OOP/OOD)Ability to develop secure solutions and knowledge of industry best practices regarding information security and defensive developmentAdditional InformationAll applicants must be a strong fit with Gritstone’s core values:Honesty, integrity, and fairnessRespect for individual ability, creativity, and diversityTeamwork and open communicationPassion and commitmentEnjoyment of work and lifeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹12,510.00 – ₹59,886.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:.NET: 5 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
