Reporting through to the Partner Growth Manager for Victoria, this position works with the Partner Growth Team and will be responsible for the growth of 13cabs and Silver Service to new and existing Driver base, and the development of long-term Driver relationships. In house training will be provided with an immediate start.

The Opportunity:
As a Partner Growth Specialist, you will actively generate and pursue direct leads to sign up Drivers and Operators to our network along with gathering insights and refining sales methods to hit targets and build confidence in our brands.

Responsibilities include:
Maintain an existing positive customer base whilst focusing on new business growth
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Drivers to achieve growth and retention targets
Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environment
Promote our brands and proudly build confidence in them with Drivers and Operators
Be involved with industry events to generate meaningful engagement experiences for our Drivers and Operators
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of retail sales experience in a similar role and/or business development role is preferred
Successful track record of engaging with audiences and customers with positive outcomes
Passionate about understanding the customer’s business and investigate and uncover their most important problems to solve
Good judgement and ability to identify opportunities to help build and change the business
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Ability to influence others and negotiate
Determination and resilience
