We are looking for a duty manager to join our busy management team. You will be working alongside and assisting the general manager in the day to day running of our growing business.
Duty Manager benefits:

What would we like from our Duty Manager?
Have experience in a supervisory or Junior management role ideally in contract catering or hospitality.
Use your entrepreneurial skills to create a thriving and successful working environment.
Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills.
Good delegation and influencing skills.
Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving.
Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service.
Duty Manager requirements:
Assist the management team in all aspects of the catering operation.
Assist in coordinating the front of house team to deliver great customer service and high service standards.
Provide a positive customer experience, under the guidance of the Senior manager.
Ensure the client & customer expectations are always exceeded.
Attend and assist with team briefings and ensure that all standards and procedures in respect of Hygiene and Safety are and maintained
