Job Description : Job description Support the website developers in adding and reviewing tasks for new feature developments.Perform daily maintenance and merchandising updates on sites.Manage and monitor the online product catalog (add/edit products, prices, sales, categorization) through the Content Management System or backend processes.Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, sales, customer support and operations.Managing stock availability – model wise across set of identified retailers.Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.Ensure the fulfilment of customers’ orders via store pick of delivery service.Execute activities driven by data analytics.Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan.Implement the customer loyalty programmes.Implement the e-commerce activities.Manage a diverse service environment.Manage the operations for good service.Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.Promote good service performance.Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftExperience:Account handling: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
