Job Description : Required Qualification and Skills
6+ years of experience in Product/Trade/Category Marketing experience for Health, Nutraceutical, Personal care Consumer Product and/or Consumer Electronics is required.
Extensive experience in implementing category strategy. Experience with E-commerce brands, marketplaces, accelators is preferred.
Knowledge and passion for direct-to-consumer e-commerce business practices and operations.
Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and navigate matrixed organizations.
Strong anaytical, data-driven, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, one must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.
Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with Marketplace Management and Shipping Softwares is a plus.
