Job Description : Role Title: EAI IIB Technical Lead

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as EAI IIB Technical Lead.
Principle Responsibilities
Work as part of Global EAI team with responsibility for IIB/ACE(aka WMB) delivery
Collaborate with Architects, Developers, Testers to understand& feedback for the established best practice & design/development principles
Work with Global Enterprise/Solution Architects, Business Analysts to review end-to-end technical design.
Collaborate with various teams across geographies, external vendors for large scale global releases by being the face off for IIB delivery
Provide professional consultancy/support immediately for application teams’ queries/requests
Lead engineers to work on IIB delivery including development & deployment with good quality & on schedule
Review/Ensure the technical design/code structure is technically coherent and future proof and compliance with technology standards and regulatory obligations
Identify any issues that may arise to delivery risk, formulate preventive actions or corrective measures and timely escalate major project risks & issues to senior management
Undertake production support responsibilities on a rotational basis along with other colleagues in team
Requirements
University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
Solid and proficient skills in IIB/ACE(aka WMB),IBM WMQ, IBM ITX(aka WTX) with 8 – 12 years of experience.
Solid understanding of REST/SOAP Web Services, SSL setup, FTP and message transformation of various formats viz. XML, JSON, Flat files
Knowledge or experience in Enterprise Application Integration(EAI) with implementation experience using ESB tools
Knowledge and experience of Mulesoft, Springboot is a plus
DevOps, Micro service, Restful API, Agile concepts is a plus.
Knowledge or experience in Cloud technologies adoption such as AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
Knowledge of DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Git, Splunk, Jira/Confluence, AppD, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
Track record in working on the delivery of complex deployment projects and under diversified/ matrix structure
Strong business sense with good understanding in how IT systems impact business objectives
Strong communication, presentation & influencing skills, able to operate well across cultures and in multi-cultural, diverse work environments
Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills
Excellent team player with ability to work under minimal supervision
Able to work at flexible hour for late evening meeting with colleagues in various regions, API deployment & production support
Able to work under pressure
Willing to learn/explore various technologies especially in Integration domain
