Job Description : Job descriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic Ear Care Nurse trained and experienced in ear micro-suction to join our joint venture clinics. There is an immediate need to support our busy clinic in Kington, Herefordshire and an opportunity to build clinics in other areas.£40 per hour (£20 per patient, 2 patients per hour)Work your choice of hoursContinue working within your current NHS jobManage your own private clinicsFully supported clinic set upClinics are set up local to where you liveInterhearing are offering flexible working joint ventures across the UK to current NHS ear care nurses, experienced in ear microsuction, with a view to establishing private ear care clinics in your local area.Our joint venture nurses earn up to £40 per hour (£20 per patientseen, 2 patients seen per hour) in these clinics. These clinics generally run 1-2 days per week.Interhearing offer private, routine ear wax removal (we do not currently treat patients with infections, mastoid cavities or post op).In a similar way to hospital consultants, joint venture nurses run private clinics outside their regular NHS work. Interhearing in turn offer support by managing equipment and clinic set up costs, IT systems and administration such as marketing and booking patientappointments etc.Your main responsibilities would beSee patientsTake responsibility of clinicKeep and maintain own stock levels (ordered through Interhearing) usually kept at primary locationFollow Interhearing process and policies for wax removalWork together with Interhearing for implement marketing planHelp develop the clinicMaintain clinical competenciesTo take responsibility of running the ear wax removal clinics in your designated areaQualifications: Registered NurseTrained to perform ear wax removal by microsuction2+ years experience with ear microsuctionBenefits:Flexible working hoursWork remotelyNoJob Types: Part-time, Contract, CommissionSalary: £40.00 per hourJob Type: Part-timeSalary: £40.00 per hourJob Type: Part-timeSalary: £40.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:8 hour shiftLicence/Certification:NMC (preferred)
