Job Description : Have you completed your training and are recently qualified, or are you looking for a change from an existing childcare role and want a new challenge?We are a kind, dedicated and supportive team who love what we do and there is much fun and laughter in our workplace every day. If you also have a love and enthusiasm for being with young children and have a playful, caring, positive and engaging personality then you could be who we are looking for to work with us and our amazing children and supportive parents.We are offering a full-time position, working 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. These opportunities are suited to nursery practitioners who hold childcare qualifications and previous experience of working in childcare settings is preferred.Duties and responsibilities include being a Key Person to a group of children, making meaningful observations of children that will help us tailor the care and learning they need. The ability to extend children’s thinking and enrich their learning experience through play is essential. You will need excellent communication skills to liaise closely with parents and be confident to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage to the highest standard. You will also need a sound knowledge of child development and be able to use your initiative, be adaptable and enjoy working as part of a team. Having the confidence to sing, dance, and tell engaging stories will also help!
