Who are you?
We are looking for an Sr. Application Specialist
Experience of more than 8 years and above – Combining high level of expertise and process understanding safeguarding high quality in solutions, systems, and technology.
About the job:
Practical understanding of the solutions, systems and technology within their area and level of expertise. Perform regular support, maintenance and administration of solutions, systems and technology within their area of and level of expertise. Operational execution of activities within their area and level of expertise.

Analysis, design, develop, build, configure, test and deploy changes to optimize existing solutions and ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation to agreed time, cost and quality within their area and level of expertise.
Project management of activities, deliveries or smaller, less complex projects, depending on experience.

The position is in Pune, India.
Candidate Profile:
Must have Skills:
ITIL Foundation Certified.
Self-starter personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in working in multi-cultural environment.
Customer centric approach.
Experience in installation, troubleshooting and managing CAD, CAM and CAE applications.
Should have experience in supporting Autodesk Products like AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks etc. Experience supporting / troubleshooting process engineering applications preferably CADISON.
Experience supporting / troubleshooting electric CAD applications preferably E-plan and AutoCAD electrical.
License management: handling different types of license manager applications, Work experience in forming grouped / pooled license, restricting usage of particular license, monitoring the usage, revocation of license if needed etc.
Should understand engineering and thermal calculations and concepts. Well versed in dealing with third party application support teams.
Desirable Skills
Intermediate level SQL skills required at troubleshooting.
Beginner level knowledge of any ERP systems like Infor M3 and Movex.
Willing to learn web-based Sales and Product Configurator tools as a support specialist.
Personal Background:
8+ years of experience with process understanding safeguarding high quality in solutions, systems, and technology.
Self-starter personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and experience in working in multi-cultural environment.
Customer centric approach, and comfortable picking up the phone to talk with end users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Should have excellent communication skills and to be a go to guy.
Should be comfortable to say ‘No’ when needed and to put away the point in structured way
Flexible to travel to Sweden as and when required.
