UiPath is the leading Automation solutions provider in the world today. As Director Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible to drive business results across the top end of the BFSI and large strategic customer space in India. In these assigned customer accounts, you will need to drive the Business Plan, engagement strategy, pipeline and revenue streams for UiPath. Establishing critical connections between the UiPath and strategic customer’s senior leadership will be core to building long term strategic pipeline for our business. Leadership skills, business acumen and creativity to position UiPath’s leading Automation platform at the core of our customer’s digital transformation initiatives. This will require strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Pre-Sales, Customer Success and other business functions within UiPath.
What you’ll do at UiPath:
Balanced Revenue, Pipeline and increased adoption and penetration of UiPath platform across assigned Strategic accounts.
Craft large, strategic deals, licensing & transaction management, drive customer satisfaction.
Drive strategic, large engagements in collaboration with cross functional UiPath teams.
Excellent communication skills to drive trusted relationships in the assigned accounts.
What you’ll bring to the team:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent educational background. Management degree would be an added advantage but not a must.
15+ year of experience in Enterprise sales across Large PSUs, Manufacturing, BFSI & Telecom Industries in Indian subcontinent, crafting large and complex business outcomes.
Experience in working with cross functional and geographically dispersed teams.
Demonstrated experience of having sold into large strategic accounts in India subcontinent.
Strong CxO level mapping with referrals across the key customer base.
Good domain understanding for the above industries with sound knowledge of latest business and technological trends to integrate them into UiPath account strategies.
Good communication skills and pleasant personality
