Job Description : About the roleThe executive assistant works closely with the director and takes part in key management and administrative functions. The executive assistant gets exposure to various business operations, ranging from human resources, customer relationship management, vendor management, and marketing.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and supervision of technical executivesEngagement with customers to coordinate technical support and manage subscription renewalsManaging vendor software, raising support tickets when required, evaluating alternative vendor options to control costs, and ensuring service deliverySkillsStrong and confident verbal and written EnglishEfficient and effective with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All employees required to be done with atleast one dose of vaccine.Ability to commute/relocate:Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
