Job Description : Experience Required: 0-2 years experience in a hospital reception, Polyclinic, Administration / Coordination in some health care organizations. Or experience in the same profession.Job profile: Responsibilities: Maintain calendar for appointments for DoctorAct as a communication channel between doctors and other non-medical teamsTaking care of correspondence of Doctor internally and externally ( agencies )Sending reminders for Things to do – to Doctor on various tasks/appointments/meetingsCoordinating with Accountant / CA for personal accounts of DoctorReminders to Admin and paramedic and medical teams about things to do for DoctorCoordination with External Marketing & Website agenciesTaking care of Social media of Doctors and HospitalAttending to incoming calls of Doctor while he is in surgery or OPDCoordination of appointments with Medical representatives and equipment suppliers.Organizing internal meetings for DoctorRequirement: Residence of Kamptee is preferable.Vacancy for only male candidates.Computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint )Basic written English Communication.Ability to speak English, Hindi, Marathi.A basic understanding of the health care industry.Education: Graduation + PG ( MA, M.Com, M.Sc) – Primary + senior school – English medium.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftExperience:Medical Assistants: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)
