Job Description : Company descriptionA new startup with an objective to cater the requirements of society of pure and quality food and grain items. Currently we have contract farming going on for Dryfruit in Kashmir.We are launching a grain and other edible food products range with organic and quality sourcing and packing with a view that our customers get the unmatched quality and that too at the best prising without compromising.QualificationMust have completed Diploma or equalling education qualification.Must have worked in Agriculture and FMCG sector and quite familiar with rural areas and working closely with farmers.Candidate must be from Vadodara – Gujarat or around location only and having work exposure in FMCG marketJob description- Select and source different organic grain and food items. (Farmers)- Verify the documentations and processes to establish the authenticity of claiming.- Prepare various packing types and designs for different food and grain items.- Identify, Shortlist and finalize the raw items for cleaning and packing keeping in mind the best optimization for logistic, time and cost.- keep on monitoring the required supply with the parameter set.- Do Quality compliance.- Keep on strengthening the various supply sources and inspect various offers and submit the same.- Other tasks as requiredPart-time hours: 30 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:total work: 4 years (Required)Direct support: 4 years (Preferred)Language:Gujarati (Preferred)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
