About the department
Global IT GBS is an integral part of IT, Quality & Corporate Development in Denmark which currently consists of approximately 500+ highly skilled IT professionals worldwide responsible for all major IT projects and IT systems in Novo Nordisk.
The position
Responsible for providing technical solution architecture to medium size and complex scale projects. Provide sparring and guidance to development partners. Expected to have in depth knowledge on specified multiple technologies (including, but not restricted to: AEM [Adobe Experience Manager], Adobe suite of products), process, standards, products & frameworks. Responsible for capturing the requirements from stakeholders, rolling out RFPs, preparing estimates & documentation and defining the architecture of system/solution. The person should provide technical assistance to the project teams from the design to deployment phase and also provide guidance, resolve technical issues. The person should collaborate with multiple teams.
It’s a technical role yet needs to understand business need and translate this to right architecture.
Other areas of responsibility include Working independently without supervision from manager and only guidance will rarely be required from time to time. Also, mentoring/coaching team members in the same area of speciality
Relating to Innovation and change the role requires a high level of independency and initiative. The position requires ability to Understand and describing IT issues and provide solutions, focus on the details while seeing the overall structures. Collaborate and communicate with a broad range of IT agencies regarding issues and solutions and independently incorporate new knowledge and adapt to new responsibilities as well as finalise tasks without compromising on quality
Relating to Geographic responsibility, the position is based in Novo Nordisk GSE, India but demands some degree of cross-organisational engagement with other parts of the organisation including regions and affiliates.
The position requires knowledge about practices and procedures as well as culturalsensitivity

Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience with 2+ years of experience working as an Architect
Graduate from university
Hands-on skills in technology is a primary requirement, specifically in the following:
Web content management tools
AEM 6.x (mandatory skill)
AEM Analytics
Adobe Target
Launch/DTM
Adobe Campaign
CDN
SEO, CDN & API management
Performance
Cookie compliance
Salesforce tools
CIAM
Experience recommending options for technology migrations / re-platforming and other transformation / development initiatives
Have knowledge of security and infrastructure requirements with experience sizing such that inputs could be provided to Support teams accordingly
Familiar with strategies to automate testing at all tiers and strategies to integrate projects DevOps Framework
Knowledge in executing POCs to validate technology roadmaps, feasibilities & possibilities with scalable solutions which are also versatile, inter-operable, can co-exist in the overall ecosystem and cost effective
Ability to upgrade upcoming frameworks, patterns, APIs and related technologies by self
Experience participating in constructive discussions to create a scalable technological roadmap
Understanding of various peripheral digital marketing systems like DAM, Target, Analytics, AAM, CRM etc.
Experience of defining user requirements and leading the non-functional requirement gathering session
Understanding overall architecture and designs, of digital marketing apps, provided by others
In depth understanding of User management, roles & permissions
Experience implementing custom security requirements
Well versed in defining and implementing custom search requirement and optimization
Proficiency with design patterns and architectural patterns and capability to provide technical design for business requirements
SSO implementation
Strong experience on asset workflow customization, content migration, management of external libraries for asset processing, customer workflows, integration with enterprise apps and APIs
Good interpersonal & presentation skills.
