Job Description : Maintain daily Farm ops schedule, Reporting of health conditions along with support of Farm labours, Following of Farm SOPs.
Aqgormalin is a tech driven farm diversification platform enabling farmers to diversify into Animal Husbandry and Aquaculture. We work both on the upstream and downstream of the farm gate through a full stack tech solution. Farmers can order high quality inputs via our app AQAI and get it delivered to their farmgate. Post-harvest, our downstream trading platform enables farmers to exit the produce through our network of traders, retailers (butcher-shop and fish stalls), and exporters.

Designation : Farm Technical Assistant
Location : Ajmer Farms
Roles and Responsibilities:
The role of the Farm supervisor is a multi-tasking function, involves the ownership of the entire process in taking care of the Goats such as
Manage the manpower at shed/allotted section.
Timely arrange to feed, grade of goats
Supervise (Ensure proper) the cleaning of equipment and shed.
Weighing the birds and maintaining the weight charts of the goats
Arrange (Carryout) vaccination, sanitation & medication time to time for thegoats as per instruction.
Maintain various reports daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Sundry errand jobs management.
Monitor the performance of each flock on weekly basis, as well as make decisions to improve biological performance.
Co-ordinating with handyman like plumber, carpenter, fabricator, electrician etc., Overall health and hygiene of the farm.
Removal of Manure for disposal/storage of the same.
Coordination with other departments. Reporting of unusual mortalities/production problems to farm in charges.
Implementing and executing the Aviagen management SOPs
Knowledge & Skill requirement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years’ prior industry-related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Qualification & Experience
. Any science Degree/PG with relevant knowledge and experience.
Basic Computer Skill MS Office required
Need to be proactive.
Good communication skill ( Local Language) .
Strong interpersonal skil
