Job Description : Your job is to keep the wheels in motion, ensuring that your employees are paid correctly on time, reports are run & available for the business locally & group when requested; you are here to ensure this is the most streamlined process possible!You will be qualified to AAT level 4 or have experience at this level, if you are studying towards your ACCA or CIMA then this would be the icing on the cake.You see yourself as a bit of a financial detective, gathering, maintaining, creating, manipulating and reporting data, working closely with the Finance Controller and management accountant to ensure that there is a robust system in place to ensure accurate data capture.You are a bit of a payroll guru, you make it your job to ensure everyone is paid correctly, there is no room for error when it comes to someones pay!You will need to get involved in VAT returns and financial postings too as this is an extremely varied role.You will know your way around Sage line 50, let’s face it most companies use Sage these days, so Sage to you will be what Microsoft word is to a secretary!Excel….
