Job Description : Finance Assistant / Temporary Contract / Swinton – Manchester / £19,000 – £22,000 / Excellent Opportunity

A market leading service organisation looking to recruit a Finance Assistant. The company has experienced continuous growth over the last three years and massive plans as well for the future. They now need extra support to replace an internal promotion. Working closely with the Finance Manager, the primary focus for this role will be dealing with purchase ledger and Sales Ledger and ensuring all the invoices are processed correctly. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills further within a fast paced finance function.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the duties will include:

Processing invoices
Resolving queries
Reconciliations
Account maintenance
Assisting the Assistant Accountant & Finance Manager with month processes
Ad hoc project work

The ideal candidate will have experience of being in a similar position, have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Althoigh this role is temporary it does have the possibility of going permanent .
