We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our growing Finance Team. As a key member of our Group Finance Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving value, creating long-term sustainable plans and will embrace and evolve new technology at Acacium Group.
As our Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with our Technology & Transformation division to provide comprehensive financial support to key decision makers and will ensure they have the support and insight needed to provide a first-class service and define new and innovative ways to move us forward in the market. With a passion for finance and achieving your goals, you will immerse yourself into the business and connect with your fellow colleagues, using your communication skills to offer a partnership approach which will include providing information and advice, challenging ideas, and persuading others to adapt to a new way of working.

Every day you will…
With the aim of always striving for continuous improvement, you will take the lead on the financial reporting of the Technology and Transformation project cost and benefits, as well as leading in delivering process and system improvements- including helping to define requirements for PMO system/software
Work collaboratively with the PMO in managing Group budgets and to improve internal forecasting, the Journey Optimisation Team and Roadmap owners to improve new and innovative ways of reporting, and with project sponsors to support with financial business cases
Provide a partnership approach to key stakeholders by building and maintaining long-lasting relationships where you will work together to solve problems, deliver a high-quality service, and provide information and advice which will make a significant impact on your division and the wider organisation, whilst adapting to the changing requirements of the business as it grows and matures

To thrive in this role, you must:
Have experience working in a projects team environment and understand best practice
Be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and working collaboratively across operations and Finance- which will improve processes and significantly add to business value
Must be a qualified Accountant
Be advanced in Excel skills and have strong analytical skills
