Job Description : We are delighted to be working with our client to find a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a new customer- and business-facing role and will report into the budget holder with responsibility also to the CFO. This role offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package which includes a car allowance. Responsibilities will include:Production and management of annual budget, full responsibilityProvision of visibility and insight against budget and forecastTracking of all operating and capital expenditure on a monthly basisAuditing, reviewing, supporting and enhancing financial governanceForecasting, scenario modelling and investment case modelling as requiredAccurate reporting and performance trackingEstablishing and maintaining robust controls and processesManaging relationships across the business and externallyProject work and ad hoc reporting where required.The role will suit an established Finance Business Partner or Commercial Accountant with a proven history of successful business partnering. The successful candidate will be:A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA or equivalent)An already established commercial accountant or finance business partner with a proven track record of successfully improving efficiencies and delivering resultsExperienced in financial planning and forecastingA confident communicator with excellent presentation skillsA fantastic listener and negotiator, able to challengeAnalytical and commercial in approach, able to interpret and deliver insightA strong collaborator, able to build and maintain excellent working partnershipsIT confident including excellent MS Excel and modelling experience.Synergem Recruitment is committed to a policy of equal opportunities in relation to job applications.
